We prioritise getting to know your child’s strengths, interests and challenges. We also focus on building the confidence of parents to support their child’s communication. We specialize in speech sounds, language development and stuttering.

Olivia Yip

Speech Pathologist - Director

Olivia graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Masters in Speech Pathology. She is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. She has over 7 years of experience in the community health setting and additional experience working in a private practice.

Olivia is dedicated to providing high-quality care to support every family

and prioritises collaborative work, always placing the family's goals at the forefront. She always strives to create a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children.

Olivia also has experience with supervision and mentorship for other clinicians and students.

Kate Grist

Speech Pathologist - Director

Kate is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia who has more than 20 years experience helping children with speech, language and fluency challenges. She has worked in a range of settings; community health, hospitals and private practice.

Kate is passionate about helping parents feel confident to help their children’s learning at home.

Kate loves meeting new families and seeing children thrive. She is a proud mum of a busy school age boy. They love singing loudly to 80’s music and going on adventures together.

Katie Pearse

Speech Pathologist

Katie graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters in Speech Pathology. She is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. She has over 7 years of experience working in private practice and school settings.

Katie enjoys working with children and their families, taking a child-centred approach that prioritises building strong rapport

and creating supportive, engaging therapy experiences. She is passionate about providing neuroaffirming care and ensuring that every child’s strengths and individuality are at the heart of her practice.

Katie also has experience collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure therapy goals are functional and meaningful across settings.

Montana Rauner-Smith

Speech Pathologist

Montana graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia.

Montana is passionate about supporting children to communicate with confidence and enjoys creating fun, engaging sessions that build on each child’s strengths and interests.

She values a family-centred approach and works closely with parents and caregivers to ensure therapy goals are meaningful and practical across home, school, and community settings.

In her practice, Montana is dedicated to providing evidence-based, child-led care that celebrates each child’s unique personality and potential. She believes that strong relationships and a supportive environment are key to helping children feel safe, motivated, and ready to learn.
